Question : upgrade from Office 2000 Professional to Office 2007 Standard

we're thinking of upgrading from Office 2000 to Office 2007
i have 6 workstations, all w/ Office 2000 Professional.
i only need Access on 1 of them (the Vista machine)

so i have 2 questions:
1)  can i upgrade from Office 2000 Professional to Office 2007 Standard?
2)  what will i have to do to get my Access 2000 program to run on Access 2007?
