Question : Assigning text, linked to cells ,inside a text box

I have a text box in excel. Apart from just writing text, I also have numbers and dates I want to display inside the text box.
The numbers and dates are in different cells, and are entered by the user. I want the text box to reference these and get update automatically.
Can someone help ?. Please see the attached file for more information.

Something like this? Check the attached file. I've created an "auxiliar" cell to build the string and then assigned that cell value to the text box.
