Question : New Windows 2008 Server - 8 GB of memory, 3gb free nothing on it?

I have a fresh installed windows 2008 server. I can't understand why task manager only reports 3 gb free when other than hyper v I have nothing else on it. Please see photo attached. When I manually add up the memory of what is being used it is way less than the 3gb it claims is in use? I have also ran all of the updates.

Can you verify using a linux boot disk or other method that there is no resore partition
