Question : Disappearing Appointments in Exchange 2007, Outlook 2007 mailboxes

Recurring meetings initiated by client are not showing on user calendars.  Client sees meetings as being accepted, but users report that the meeting "disappears" from their calendars after accepting. All affected users are on Exchange 2007 using Outlook 2007, and all use blackberry devices.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and what I can do to resolve it?

Perhaps the users are accepting the meeting from their Blackberry then deleting them from Outlook?
