We have a share folder where we have same common documents. Someone deleted a file from his computer. With a restore program i restored the deleted file to the server and to all the computers that have map this folder but nothing.

A file that is deleted from a shared drive will not be found in any computers Deleted items.  You will need to restore the file from the file server backup.  You should be able to just restore the one file as opposed to the whole server.  When doing this, you will want to restore the file to the original location.
