Question : Exchange 2003 mail redirect troubleshooting
I have an email redirect set up in Exchange 2003 running on Server 2003. In the user's properties under "Exchange General" -> "Delivery Options" I have the Forwarding Address set to "Forward To" and then the name of the Contact that is set up with his email.
I have verified that I can send a message through Outlook to just this Contact and it will go through, but it will not forward his normal mail to this address.
The strangest thing is it has been this way for a few years and only stopped working recently, and there haven't been any changes to Exchange Server in this time. . .Any ideas? I have VERY little (almost no) experience with Exchange, and have no idea how to go about troubleshooting this.
Answer : Exchange 2003 mail redirect troubleshooting
Remove the Contact from "Delvery Options", press Apply then re-add it in and press Apply. Should work.
