Question : DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen(C<wbr />onnect()).<wbr />]Specified<wbr /> SQL server not found. MADNESS

I am trying to view a form that I created in .asp (via IE) and noticed that on several occasions that the browser will display a portion of the form and then stop displaying altogether.  When I performed a view | source, I got the "DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen(Connect()).]Specified SQL server not found." error.  Funny thing though, if I refresh my browser after about a 5 to 10 second wait, everything runs fine.  Any ideas as to why that's the case?
