Alrite Sir,,, Check it out and test ActiveSync and revert if the issue re-occurs.
And could you please check the corrupted database, and if the required log files are there in place please perform soft recovery with /i switch.
eseutil /r e00 /d "location of the corruted database file" /l "location of Required log files" /i.
Please run this command and check it out and revert back if you have any issues.
