Question : Server activesync event ID 3005

windows 2003 SE SP1 with exchange server 2003 EE sp2

i have in the application event 1000 error (error every sec) message from only 3 users:

Source: Server Activesync
Event ID: 3005
Unexpected Exchange mailbox Server error: Server: [Exchange.server.domain.com] User: [[email protected]] HTTP status code: [503]. Verify that the Exchange mailbox Server is working correctly.

when i try to access they malbox trow web access i get the message:
HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable
only that 3 users cannot access the webaccess.

i check all the configuration in the IIS and everythig look good.
i delete the mail configuration from thay mobile and the error message was stop when i reconfigure the mobile the error back.

how can i fix it and what is the cause for that?

Answer : Server activesync event ID 3005

Alrite Sir,,, Check it out and test ActiveSync and revert if the issue re-occurs.
And could you please check the corrupted database, and if the required log files are there in place please perform soft recovery with /i switch.

eseutil /r e00 /d "location of the corruted database file" /l "location of Required log files" /i.

Please run this command and check it out and revert back if you have any issues.
