Question : "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" displays when PC boots

Whenever my PC boots a window opens that says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"  at the top. IE version 8 is installed but I normally use Firefox. When startup completes I can open either IE or Firefox and successfully browse the web.

I ran full scans with AT&T Security Suite powered by McAfee (which found nothing) and with Super AntiSpyware (i deleted everything it found). The problem continues.

The PC has XP Pro SP2.

Suggestions?

Answer : "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" displays when PC boots

1-Manually create a system restore point

2-In Hijackthis fix these:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - (no file)

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {F0D4B231-DA4B-4daf-81E4-DFEE4931A4AA} - (no file)

This entry here is the one causing issue (I think!):
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [UpdateFlow.ATT-SST] C:\Program Files\ATT-SST\McciBrowser.exe -AppKey=ATT-SST -URL=file://C:\Program Files\ATT-SST\OfflineUpdate\redirector.htm

See if that makes a difference :)
