Question : Videos do not show

I am using IE 7
I cannot view videos from Utube and the like.
When I try I receive the error
Hello, either you have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player.
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/completion/dlm/. Get the latest Flash player.

I have downloaded the Flash Player from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ But I cannot see the test video on finish page

I have enabled Active Scripting
and enabled Scripting of Java Applets
Can anyone see what is preventing the videos from showing please/

Are you in a corporate environment or at home? If' you're at home, you're not using proxy :)
What is proxy:

have you tried installing that .msi package from the link I provided?
