Question : 4 public folder instances remain after running moveallreplicas.ps1 How to remove or move?

I am finishing up an exchange 2003 to 2007 migration.  All mailboxes have been moved from exchange 2003.  I ran the moveallreplicas.ps1 script and I watched as all of the public folder instances vanished from exchange 2003 ESM except for 4.

The two named instances are for staff members.  Any ideas on how I can figure out why these didn't go away?

Are the two system folders an issue?  Can I just remove these and if so how?

We can always do this through ADSIEDIT.MSC so no worries just check for a day if you want and then we can move ahead or else if you want right now we can still do it.
