Question : Webservice integration into client application.

Hi,
I'm developing a client application which consuming a web service exposed by the OpenTravel Allience (OTA). I have been experiencing so many probelm yet thier support service is so bad and virtually nill. Is anybody, up there who have developed any client application which consuming OTA web service so I can have a look at this as sample application or even, if you point me to a resource where I could get a documentation about using their web service.

Any help would gratley appreciated.
