Question : Can't copy mscal.ocx file in Windows\system32

Hi Experts,

I need advice to copy mscal.ocx file in Windows\system32. I've managed to insert and registered this file in 5 PCs, but for some reason I'm having with 2 PCs. These 2 PCs prompt warning as "Access is Denied".

Please guide me how to overcome this.
