Question : Bluetooth PAN configuration on windows mobile 6.5

I have a Wi-Fi connection on my mobile phone. I want to connect to internet using the wi-Fi on my phone from a desktop PC. This I want to do using bluetooth i.e, bluetooth connection between desktop PC and my mobile.

The problem I am facing is to configure the bluetooth connection between my PC and mobile for using the Wi-Fi on mobile from a desktop PC

This is basically AMP functionality. I have a use a device with AMP capability.
