Question : Excel Chart copying

I want to copy an excel chart from one excel file to another excel file but don't want the links to come along with it.  Is there a way to do it?

In Excel 2007 you can use the paste special - picture directly in Excel, without the Word bypass.

For earlier versions, you may want to install the Charting Tools add-in  from John Walkenbach. http://spreadsheetpage.com/downloads/xl/charttools.xla

This allows you to create an image of the chart, which you can then copy and paste anywhere else.
