Question : How do you Clone a Custom List Item
I am creating a custom list for users to fill out a form on our extranet that has WSS 3.0. There are quite a few fields associated with each list item. The client is looking for a way to "clone" or copy a current list item so that they do not have re-type all of the data that has already been entered to make changes to only one or two fields. Any ideas?
If it requires code, that's fine, but is there a code snippet or example of this? I haven't been able to find anything out there. Thanks!!
