Question : SQL Server 2000 - Post SP4 Updates

I'm needing to upgrade an old SQL Server 2000 instance from SP3 to SP4 and want to apply all the SP4 hotfixes as well.

The problem is though, all the download links on Microsoft seem to be broken.

Does anyone know where I can get them?

Yes, I believe 2282 is the last  hotfix for sql server 2000 sp4.
