Question : Navigation buttons in Access

I believe I already know the answer to this question, but I wanted to verify.  In an Access form, is there any way you can customize the arrows that go back and forth between records in a form?  And I don't mean a button on the form.  See Attached.

the arrows are as is. you can not customize it.
you can create your own.

btw, what do you mean by customize?
