Question : Excel time registration

Im looking for a template in Excel for time registration

Everyday I need to register the following (example):

 From - To - Hours(calculated)  -  Project - Sub project - Description
 8:00 - 12:00 = 4:00 -   Project1 - Subproject A - Description

Then for every week/month i need to summary total hours, and then summary for each project/sub project.
