Question : Microsoft Access stuck in loop on open

I have a MS Access 2007 database with some code that run when applicatoin starts up. Apparently it is stuck in a loop right now. IS there a way i can edit my vb code from another ms access database or start the application in safe mode.

Really open to anything. Don't want to import all my stuff to another database have too many linked tables. Thanks
