Question : Best way to downgrade Windows Server 2008 from Enterprize to Standard

Hi,
I loaded Enterprize on my Server, thinking I had a product key for it, but my key was only good for the standard version. Do I have to unistall and reload, which is a pain on a remote server, or is there a better way to accomplish this?
