Question : Vista Home Premium wont install

I try to install Vista Home Premium and keep getting this;  windows cannot install required files Error code: 0x80070001
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Answer : Vista Home Premium wont install

Perhaps check the DVD for debris or scratches?
