But yes SBS will allow you to configure pop3
do the following: start > run > services.msc
find the Microsoft exchange pop3 service and set it to automatic then start it.
Then in exchange system manager navigate to: administrative groups > first administrative group > servers > servername > protocols > pop3 and right click on the Default POP3 and select start.
Then make sure port 110 is being forwarded to your exchange server.
