Question : How do I create a Public Folder using Exchange Online through Microsoft Online Services?

I'm the service administrator for a Microsoft Online Services account. The company is using the Business Productivity Online Standard Suite, which includes Exchange Online.

I'm trying to figure out how to create the public folders and as an added bonus, if someone can tell me how to share a user's inbox (or specific folders inside a user's inbox) to specific users, I'd appreciate it!

Thanks.

Public Folders are created through Outlook. Simply change the view to Folders. You should see All Public Folders. Create a folder under there, then adjust the permissions on the properties of the folder.

For the inbox, again just right click on the folder and choose Properties. Click on permissions and adjust.
For sub folders you have to do a little more so they can open them.
