Question : Visual Basic 6 code  with auto number creation  through network computers

HI , I need code for visual basic that can with one click command  generate auto number to textbox
For example : " The form of car deteail "
ID number : [ Autonumber ]     command refresh command is go to last command and add the new number
Name : [ textbox ]
Car number : [ textbox ]
cmd save [ Save ] save all car details on db databse
i want these code to work in the network As many user create number at same time or create car ID detail
at same time without repeat the ID number
