Question : Word cannot start the converter mswrd632.wpc
Greetings Experts,
I have a user who receives the error "Word cannot start the converter mswrd632.wpc when she tries to open Word documents. If she clicks OK, the error continues to come up, but if she closes the box by using the red X the document opens fine. I did some research, and it looks like this has something to do with Lotus Notes. However, we are not running Lotus Notes here. Google didn't really come up with anything either. Any ideas on how to resolve this error? We're using Microsoft Office 2007 Small Business in XP.
Answer : Word cannot start the converter mswrd632.wpc
I resolved this by copying the mswrd632.wpc file from my computer. I'm guessing the file on the user PC had been corruped somehow.
