Question : SSRS Remove A User Account

Hello -

I granted a user administrative access to the ssrs web app, and now can't revert back to what it was like before I added him (blank screen).

I have removed him from all the report folders securities, and removed his ssrs memberships from his user profile on the domain controller.

However, if I log in as him from his computer, I still have full access as I do with my own administrative account.

FYI, the other user is my colleague and was testing this out to make sure I understood how to go back and restrict access,

Kindly confirm whether that user is part of Builtin\Administrator role on that server..
If so kindly revoke and test..
