Question : Access 2000 Runtime

I need some info on the runtime version of access 2000. Can it be used by someone who doesn't have access 2000 to input data to an access 2000 DB, or only view the DB?  Where can I find it?  Do you need a license for it? Thanks

Access Runtime is available on Office Developer edition, however you can download Access Runtime - it's royalty free.

You can get a 'slim' version which excludes Internet Explorer here...
