Question : Can not import emails from Outlook Express to Outlook in Windows Vista

I have Windows Vista and I am trying to import emails from Outlook Express (/windows XP) to Outlook 2003 (/windows vista)
When I am opening Outlook and when I chose File - Import and Export - Import Internet Mail and addresses and then select Outlook Express I am getting this error:

THE MAIL FOLDER COULD NOT BE OPENED.IF ANOTHER APPLICATION IS USING THIS FILE PLEASE CLOSE IT AND TRY AGAIN.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP somebody can help to let me know which are the steps to do it.?

Answer : Can not import emails from Outlook Express to Outlook in Windows Vista

You can install Outlook 2003 in Windows XP, and import the emails from Outlook Express to Outlook PST file. Then copy the PST file to Windows Vista, and import the PST file into Outlook 2003.
