Question : Import HTML into Outlook 2007

I am trying to import e-mails that are currently stored on a web based email server (webmail) and the only way I have to export messages is to download them into an HTML file.  Inside the html file I have headers and message bodies but its every message listed sequentially.  Is there some way to import directly into Outlook

Apart from that, you need some way to turn the txt format into standard .eml format so you can import it into outlook - have a google to see if there are any tools out there
