Question : Hiding top of screen "ribbon". E.g. binoculars, filters, etc

How do I prevent my users from seeing the "ribbon".

By "ribbon" I mean the top inch of the screen that allows filter, binoculars, formatting.

I have a simple application and I do NOT want my users to see the ribbon.
