Question : Create Mail Merge in Word from Public Folder in Outlook

When trying to create labels or a mail merge in Word 2007 I am not able to access the public folder in Outlook 2007.  Only the personal folder is displayed

There are some problems known by mail merging from public folders.  See MS article:

The best work around is to export these public to a .pst file. Hang this outlook data file in your outlook and create the mail merge from there on.
