Question : IE7 : 403 error

I have the following problem :
Since i upgraded to IE7 I cannot download any external file anymore, I am always getting a 403 error, while the files i am trying to download do not need a login/password.

If you don't have a link for a pdf/exe on another site then try the URL below in each browser.

Let me know if you need an exe URL but it sounds like you have been downloading programs (e.g. Adware, HiJackThis) and so you can use those pages to see if both browsers have a problem.

What is your operating system?  If applicable, login as another user on this computer to see if it is related to just that user account or the computer.
