Question : Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded

I don't have Outlook Express. I use Incredimail. My problem is when i try to open an attatchment, I get the "Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded." Why is this happening for me?

go to tools --> internet options --> programs
under email select incredimail


Also go inside incredimail and make it as default email client

Also if you have windows xp
Right-click "start button"
go to properties
click on "customize" near "start menu"
and for Email select "incredimail"

Now where are you receiving attachments in Incredimail.

If yes try to save the attachment first and then open the attachment
