Question : Windows 7 and Directv2PC

My DirecTV HDDVR is network connected on the same subnet as my Windows 7 computer. Under Network I see two Media Devices, DIRECTV Mediashare Renderer and DIRECTV2PC Media Server.  First of all what are these for and what can I do with them?  Next question, since I can receive XM radio over the DirecTV receiver, is there a way to "pipe" that feed through to my Windows 7 machine?  Reason because I have great set of speakers on computer and would like XM radio through them.

Answer : Windows 7 and Directv2PC

One very good use is you can Stream recorded SD/HD programming in full resolution from your DVR to your PC. If you install the software on your computer, you will be able to watch shows on your PC while live or recorded programming is being watched on your TV with the same DIRECTV interface and feeling.
