Question : Windows Bad Image Error

Hello I have a clients computer which upon start up and start of several applications the following error message appears

Does anyone know what this means?

Answer : Windows Bad Image Error

This actually has to do with the microsoft C++ runtime libraaries.  If you have visual studios installed, re-install it.  You can also try re-installing .net (2.0 or 3), both of them will put the file on.
