Question : Exchange Sever 2007, forwarding to multiple recipients

I have a need to forward email from an employees mail box to multiple people. The employee is no longer employed here so setting up rules in his Outlook is not an option. I need to handle this from the server side.

Create a distribution Group & Give the DL the same SMTP address as of the employee ( who does not work in the company anymore).

Add the recipients to the DL as members so all will get a copy of the email
