Question : Fast Tape Less Backup Software

I have a client that wants to more away from Tape.  They need there 270GB EMail Exchange Store and all 135 User Mailboxes backed up over night to a 1GB Ethernert NAS 7TB Raid 5 .  The backup software must be able to allow them to keep at least a years worth of data on it.  Also, they would like the data replicated to an offsite facility daiily.  I tried using Ahsay Backup which I really like but it was just too slow when it came to backing up all that data.

Do anyone know of some good software that can do this?

CA is coming out with a new backup product ARCserve D2D, which backs up only block level changes to disk.

and along with their Xosoft replication for WAN replication may work out well for this customer.
