Question : Cisco VPN client on VISTA

Error422: Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by this Client.
           Reason 422: Lost contact with the security gateway. Check your network connection
           Connection terminated.
Please help me ASAP
my user connects thru a westell DSL modem - on a vista machine, windows firewall is disabled.  She connects to our corp VPN but after 10-15 secs she gets booted out with the above error.  What am I missing?  I told the user to call her ISP and see if there is any problems on their end
