I have a server 2003 Std R2 and I have never configured IPSec for anything on this computer, and windows firewall is disabled. I lose connection from the network in, and out from the server. In the event logs under System "The IPSec driver has entered Secure mode. IPSec policies, if they have been configured, are now being applied to this computer." Now, I do not have anything that uses IPSec for anything. this has happened to, two different servers each on two completely different networks. I am not sure why this is happening
