Answer : Access 2003 on a Win2k PC.  "Your Microsoft office Access database contains a missing or broken reference to the file DAO360.dll version 5.0

Break into any code module, then go to Tools:References, and eyeball whether the 'Microsoft Data Access Objects (DAO) 3.6 Libary' is checked, and if it has the prefix MISSING.

If it shows as missing, you'll have to uncheck it, find it, then check it again.

A common occurance for many >= Windows 2000 pc's is that it does not ship with DAO, and you have to manually move/register it onto the pc to use it.
