Question : Tool to copy Microsft server to a virtual server

I would like suggestions for a tool  that will copy a windows 2003 server running exchange to a virtual enviroment. I would like to have the choice of vmware or microsoft.. I know there are tools like platespin but that is out of our budget.

VMWare has VMConvertor [http://downloads.vmware.com/d/info/datacenter_downloads/vmware_vcenter_converter_standalone/4_0] - this is a free product.

The same can be achieved with Microsoft System Centre Virtual Machine Manager.
