Question : VBA Code for Charts/Graphs

Hey Experts,

     I have some code from another EE-Question.  I have modified it to meet my specifications.  However, I am having trouble actually getting the chart to use the code.  Can someone provide a quick step-by-step, from the beginning, on creatiing the chart, adding the code (to module or how to point the chart to the code?), to executing the code.  I am somewhat familiar with VBA, but by no means anywhere close to experienced.
