Question : going from one computer based on xp to new computer with windows 7
i had a (now is Corel) photo express program loaded on my old dell (xp) ; i purchased new dell inspriron and it has windows 7; i used a flash drive to take off the stuff on my old to take to the new or at least have accessible on drive; i see the words ulead photo express but cant open; i maynot have properly taken it off the old computer; i accessed the site where it would be now as corel purchased but it is an older version and it doesnt give info i need/dont i just need to know the program used to put it on my computer to be able to open it on the new computer?

In general you can not just copy an application from one PC to another and expect it to work. You need to reinstall the application from the media that you installed it from on the old pc.
