Question : how can I remove 2 or more favorites within IE 8 at the same time?

Hi Everyone;

         Over time, my internet explorer favorites has become cluttered.  As such, I wish to delete several of these which are no longer being used which brings me to the point of this post.  Is there a way I can delete or remove 2 or more favorites within IE8 at the same time or will I have to delete them one at a time or individually?  And, if I can remove 2 or more at the same time, what are the steps in carrying out this task?

          Any tips or suggestions given to this post will be appreciated.

Go to the folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\***username***\Favorites

change the username field with yours... in here you will find all the .URL files IE8 uses... just delete the like any other files, you can hold down shift/ctrl, or use your mouse to select multiple.
