Question : How to merge security settings of two GPOs

Hello,
I am looking for a way to merge Security Settings of Domain Default Policy GPO and Security Settings of Local Security Policy.
Does anyone of you knows a way to accomplish this?

nope, you will need to import the policies and apply them at a domain level....there is no exceptions of workarounds...once you are in a domain, local policies mean squat
