Question : Can install Money update in Windows 7

I had M/S Money running on my old computer (Windows XP Pro).
I now have a new one running Windows 7 and wish to install it on that one as my Money file has details in it back to 2002.
When installing a dialogue box opens saying that an update is available but to install it I need to be logged on as a member of the Administrators group.
I am logged on with my usual account - type is adminstrator.
So why can I not install this update?

Right click on the program and choose run as administartor, post your results.
