Question : Disable "Printed Date" in Outlook when printing

I've been searching for some time and I cannot locate a way to disable the "Date Printed" in the lower left corner of an email.  This is with Outlook 2003.

Is there a template I can edit?

Apparently, after doing a lot of searching, I've found that you are not the only one with these problems, and it does not appear that they have been fixed either.
