When users try to login remotely to RWW  they are getting the error above

hm, I'me wondering if this is 100% the error message you are getting?
did you ran all the SBS wizards?
almost all RWW related errors can be found here:
http://sbs.editme.com/sbs2008rww
if you try all steps there, rww should work.
