Question : Access to USB drive through Terminal Services
Hi,
I am publishing a restricted Terminal Services desktop. A USB drive redirects fine, however what the best way for users to access the drive if My computer is removed from the desktop.
I really do not want to enable My computer as it allows the users to run Add/Remove programs even thought the Control Panel is disabled!
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
Jimmy
Answer : Access to USB drive through Terminal Services
...provided the drive letter is always the same :) Or, we could write a batch file to find the USB drive and then assign it a drive letter and then put it's shortcut on the desktop
